Refund policy

All erre pieces are made to order. Returns are accepted only for defective items — including misprints or manufacturing errors — reported within 30 days of delivery.

To request a replacement or refund, email hezekiah@erreclo.com with your order number and photos of the defect. Approved returns must be sent to:

All other sales are final.
Replacements are produced and shipped at no cost once the defective item is verified.
